This year, ƷƵ Education expanded its parental leave to be a gender-neutral policy allowing for 16 weeks paid and up to one-year total leave for employees in the United States. ƷƵ Education also increased its minimum paid time off accrual from 15 days annually to 20 days annually, based on feedback from its employees.
